6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT CHANNELS
Paid services may be purchased on more than one channel. Who you pay, and whose terms also apply,
depends on the channel:
- Website / browser. Membership, class packs and shop items are sold by evermoves. Payments
are processed by Stripe. evermoves is the merchant of record. These Terms, our
/legal/subscription and /legal/refunds apply.
- iOS app (App Store). Membership is sold as an Apple In-App Purchase. Apple is the merchant
of record. Your purchase is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License
Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. evermoves’ Terms still govern
your use of the membership service (access to classes, conduct, IP). They do not replace Apple’s
terms for the App Store transaction. Cancel and refund App Store purchases through Apple as set
out in
/legal/subscription and /legal/refunds.
- Android app. Membership cannot be purchased in the Android app. Class packs and physical
shop items may still be sold where store rules allow a real-world service or physical good.
If you download the evermoves app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application
EULA applies to the licensed application in addition to these Terms. Where both apply, Apple’s
EULA governs your licence to the iOS app binary; these Terms govern the evermoves service.
Prices differ by channel. See /legal/subscription §6. Comparative price claims, if made, must
state both current prices and must not appear inside the iOS app.

you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

subscription in iOS Settings if Apple is billing you.
