Absolutely. evermoves is principle-led and modular - every movement has three layers (1, 2, 3) and you self-select your day. Brand new bodies, returning bodies and seasoned movers all train side-by-side.

Please let me know via the intake form (or any time before class). Almost every movement has a modification, and I'll adapt the session for you. For complex conditions, please get your treating practitioner's clearance.

Comfortable clothing you can move in, plus water. Mats, foam rollers and myofascial balls are provided at the studio. If you have your own, you're welcome to bring them.

5-10 minutes early is ideal. It gives you time to settle, set up your mat, and ask any questions before we start.

Simple options: On Demand app membership (A$22/month — Sunday LIVE + on-demand library), Casual Visit A$33, 3 Class Pack A$75, 6 Class Pack A$132, or a single online class for A$11. Live amounts are managed in the admin Pricing & Stripe screen and may change.

On Demand (app membership) renews monthly and covers everything online — the Sunday LIVE stream and the on-demand library. Class packs are prepaid for the Sunday in-person class: each booking deducts one visit. Packs don't auto-renew and don't expire.

There's no need for pauses - you can cancel your membership yourself in the app at any time, and rejoin whenever you're ready. Class packs are prepaid, so any visits you've bought stay yours to use.

Class packs never expire, so any unused visits are always there when you're ready — we don't refund unused portions just because plans changed. If something we sold didn't meet the Australian Consumer Law guarantees (for example, a fault on our end), you're entitled to a remedy regardless — see our full Refunds & Credits Policy.

They don't. Buy a pack up front and use your visits whenever suits you - there's no expiry date.

All memberships, packs, programs and video access are purchased here on the evermoves website. Once purchased, everything unlocks automatically in the mobile app when you sign in with the same account.

Open your booking in the member app and tap Cancel - or email me. Free cancellation up to 2 hours before class. Within 2 hours, a A$15 late-cancel/no-show fee applies.

When a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you're notified by SMS and email - first in, first promoted.

Members get 7-day advance booking, so you can effectively hold a recurring weekly spot. Casual visitors can book 2 days ahead.

The app membership (A$22/month) unlocks the full on-demand library and the Sunday LIVE stream. Individual classes can also be purchased one-off for A$11 each — both purchased here on the website.

No - videos aren't downloadable. Everything streams through the mobile app or the website, so your library is always up to date on any device. You'll just need an internet connection to play a class.

No time limit — once you've purchased a class, you can access it for as long as it remains in the evermoves library. If a class is ever retired, you'll be notified in advance.

The Sunday 4:30pm LIVE stream is included with the app membership, or you can purchase a single online class for A$11. Shortly before start, the Join button activates in the app and your member portal.

Some classes are filmed for marketing or the on-demand library. If you'd prefer not to be filmed, just let me know before class and we'll position you off-camera. Full details in the liability waiver.

Yes - gift cards are available in any amount from A$30. A beautiful, low-pressure way to introduce someone to evermoves.
