Evermoves is founded by Angela Saville. After a lifetime working in the fitness industry, Angela worked with so many driven and dedicated people who felt let down by their bodies - frequently sidelined by injury, discouraged from moving as they aged, or pushed too hard by fitness routines that didn't fit. She started educating people about purposeful balance and supplementary work that would support their bodies in achieving their goals. She developed and trialed a movement method that adapts through all life phases to help build strong resilient bodies that could handle the additional workload of big performance goals or simply everyday life.
Evermoves is a conscious, evidence-based approach to mindful movement. Evermoves blends mobility, strength, stability, fascial release, stretching and mindful meditation, guiding you to move with intention, awareness and control.
The result is a body that feels strong, capable and at ease, a deeper trust in yourself and ultimately the freedom to keep doing what you love, for life.
